Monroe County Chief Deputy James Hylton presented a seminar to all James Monroe High School students on the issue of traveling safely. This topic was suggested by the student body last year in response to a school counseling survey that solicited ideas for presentations that were of direct interest to the students. These topics are then woven into the comprehensive school counseling program.
Chief Deputy James Hylton (retired from Homeland Security) gave an excellent presentation to James Monroe students and highlighted several important areas: 1.
